Process Accounts Payable and/or Receivable on a weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly basis.

Accounts Payable can be handled in a variety of ways from directly from QBO bill pay, to bill pay through bank, to printing physical checks to third party services.

Accounts Receivable can also be invoiced thru QBO, Square, PayPal, etc.

Process of reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, loans as well as other balance sheet accounts such as prepaids and payroll

Most reconciliations are on a monthly basis but can be tailor to semi-monthly or quarterly.

Review and preparation of basic financial statements such as Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and Statement of Cash Flows.

Other customizable reports at your request including, but not limited to Profit & Loss by class or customer and Budgets to Actuals.

Provide minimal payroll services including process for less than 50 employees through QBO Payroll.

Can work with a variety of payroll processors to assist with information such as ADP, Gusto, Rippling, Paychex, Paylocity, etc. to sync with QBO and pull reports to categorize per client request (COGS, expenses, managerial, classes, job, etc.)

Client meetings provide a financial over-view, education and guidance for all, including guidance for us and how you want to set up, view and update your financials.

Client meetings can be scheduled monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annually. 

Client meetings can also be schedule on an as-needed basis.

Clean up previous accounting periods to comply with GAAP and provide accurate records for tax reporting purposes.

We do not believe in charging you by the hour. Instead we base our prices on a fair market for our time, expertise and QBO subscription (if applicable). Each client will have a unique package designed that benefits both the client and Bronze Bookkeeping, LLC. Pricing is also structured based on the number of services, accounts and transactions.
